When is the last time you “roto-rooter” the inside of the arteries your heart?

Did you know that 1 out of every 2 people die from heart disease in the United States?  That means if you are sitting next to someone right now, one of you is likely to die from heart disease.  What can you do about it?  Well, actually a lot.  If you want a different probable predictable future than the rest of United States, then you need to do things differently than the average american.  A famous quote by Einstein said “If you keep doing the same thing over and over and expect a different result, this is the definition of insanity.”  So lets talk about what you can do.

First, the most important thing you can do to avoid heart disease is to stop eating refined foods and starches.  Pasta, breads, cakes, white potatoes and rice clog up your arteries.  The preponderance of research is clear; it is NOT saturated fats that are causing heart disease, its refined foods and starches.  Want some references check out the following books… Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes as well as Eat Fat Lose Fat by Mary Enig and Sally Fallon, as well as The Cholesterol Myth by Uffe Ravnskov and The Cholesterol Con by Anthony Colpo. 

Second, its time to “roto-rooter” the inside of your arteries, naturally.  We use whole food supplements and herbs to cleanse the inside of your arteries.  The special programs that we use to cleanse arteries have been shown amazing pre and post results.  Many patients have had 70% occlusion (blockage) of arteries and with this work have cleansed out their arteries in months to only be 30%, thereby avoiding open-heart surgery!  Powerful!

Third, we want to improve blood quality.  Our circulatory status determines your body’s tissue nutrition and detoxification.  We feed our patients whole food nutritional supplements, to enhance the blood quality, putting nutrients in the blood stream to be delivered to the entire body.   For example, we have noticed patients with anemia, do better when we not only feed them iron but also folic acid and B12 in a whole food base.

Did you know there is a quick easy test you can do at home that determines your risk for heart disease?  It is called the waist to hip ratio (WHR), measure your waist, and measure your hips.  Divide the waist measurement by the hip measurement and see where you are in the following chart to determine your risk:
Male
Low risk 0.95 or below
Moderate risk 0.96 to 1.0
High Risk 1.0+
Female
Low risk 0.80 or below
Moderate risk 0.81 to 0.85
High Risk 0.85+
